The 360 Leadership Assessment Follow-Up measures an individual's progress in improving leadership skills over time. The Follow-Up updates the 360 component of the LCI at set intervals (typically 6-12 months) to assess the change in a manager's transformational leadership skills and decision-making competence.
The Follow-Up can also be customized to measure changes in key metrics that are influenced by the individual (such as sales growth and profitability). Including these performance metrics links an individual's "soft skills" and "hard skills," and verifies the bottom-line impact of the manager's growth.
