The Affective Decision-Making Profile (ADMP) is a scientifically valid and reliable tool that measures an individual’s mood and emotional reactions to typical situations faced in supervisory roles where uncertainty is experienced. Being aware of one’s emotions and moods, and understanding how these feelings impact decisions, can help an individual rethink behavior that affects decision making.

The ADMP is an online assessment comprised of video material and takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. Upon completion, users are provided with results which allows them to customize action plans for their development.
